Rise at Dawn

The plan is simple. First, we seize Eastridge Outpost and let Catalin’s troops in. Only then do we move on Greifberg.

Objectives

  1. 1

Come back in a few days

Marat needs some time to prepare before the manumits can move on Greifberg. I should check on him in a few days.

  2. 2

    Come back by morning

Catalin’s troops stand ready, and so do we. The rebellion rises at dawn.

  3. 3

Return to Marat once you’re ready to move

Marat awaits my word. Once I’m ready, we move on Greifberg, and finish Brencis for good.

  4. 4

    Follow Marat

We need to get into position before we can strike at Eastridge Outpost.

  5. 5

    Tie your rope

We strike from above – don’t give them the chance to regroup and bunker up. Just need to get this rope sorted first.

  6. 6

    Defeat the vanguard

The first wave of defenders has spotted us. We must deal with them swiftly!

  7. 7

    Breach the second gate

The fight continues. Another gate must fall.

  8. 8

    Open the outer gate

This is it – we’re taking Eastridge down! I just need to climb the tower, and open the outer gate to let Catalin’s troops in.

  9. 9

    Talk to the quartermaster

I need to be as ready as possible before we strike at Greifberg. Best see the quartermaster.

  10. 10

Go to Marat once you’re ready for the final battle

Catalin’s troops are here. Once I’m ready, I must report to Marat for our final strike on Greifberg.

The journal's own order. It is the order the game hands them to you, which is not always the order you can do them in.

How it can end · 2

The journal records 2 ways this quest can finish. Each one is written after the fact, so each one gives away what you did.

What you get

XP in 9 awards: 250, 300, 300, 150, 300, 150, 300, 150, 1500

The game pays these out separately. Some quests award them one after another, and some award one instead of another, so they are shown as the game stores them rather than added together.

What you read along the way

The game files these under this quest's own code. Where that code covers several journal entries, a document listed here may belong to one of the others in the thread below.
