Lacra
A vrakhir with her own reason to want Brencis dead, one of the three romances, and an ally who can carry you to an ending.
Lacra is a vrakhir, and she came to Vale Sangora to kill Brencis. That makes her the closest thing Coen has to a peer: someone who understands the night half of him without needing it explained, and who wants the same corpse at the end of the month.
She is one of the allies the endings are built around. Finishing the story alongside her leads somewhere different from finishing it alongside the rebellion.

Seems like wherever one vrakhir turns up, more are sure to follow – some eager to serve, and others wanting to eliminate the new arrivals.
Lacra is the latter. Someone sent her here to get rid of Brencis, or so she claims. I don't know much more about her, and she's not exactly the outspoken type. But 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend', I guess...
