How to reach it

  1. 1Defeat all three of Brencis's vassals: Ambrus, Bakir and Xanthe.
  2. 2Raise Infamy to its maximum.
  3. 3In the negotiation, answer "I just want my family back", then agree.
  4. 4Give up the location of the Manumit hideout.
