We lost a couple of lads when they were travelling out of Maragir. Surprising, considering that our hold on the village is quite strong and we have no information about manumits fucking about near this place.
But the dead bodies serve as clear proof that something's wrong, don’t you think? So keep an eye out. Maybe someone in Maragir is watching us a bit too closely and sharing what they see with the rebels. Make sure to find them by the end of the week, or the captain will start asking some awkward questions.
