The madness that had overtaken him earlier began to subside and the music returned, but this time as an ever-expanding vortex of knowledge. The Lady of the Moon saw that her gift would not be squandered. In fact, she had chosen the bard because she knew that he had the capacity to take magic and evolve it, shape it into something new.
