Let it be known to all good folk that Widow Zlatna, formerly resident in this house, was tried and found guilty of high treason against our noble knyaz.
For stubbornly clinging to the old faith and conspiring to stir unrest throughout the valley, she broke her oath of loyalty and betrayed both lord and land. Justice has therefore been served.
By order of His Grace Knyaz Brencis, Old Zlatna was hanged at first light.
Let her fate serve as a warning to all who would place defiance above duty.
