Let it be known that Knyaz Catalin decrees what follows:
A monthly tax is instated on all villages in Vale Sangora. Collected denarii shall be used for the upkeep of the newly formed Sangoran army to protect our borders and bring back order within the valley.
Every known vrakhiri collaborator shall be rounded up and judged by the Knyaz himself. Any information about such individuals will be rewarded.
All worship of the vrakhiri god is hereby forbidden. There is only one God and one Church.
