Do I need to remind you that being posted in this tower is a punishment? Each and every one of you have shown you’re scum and until you prove otherwise in the line of duty, you will stay in this place, far away from your families and taverns.
Fistfights, sneaking in spirits, and gambling are forbidden. If anyone is caught breaking these rules, there will be no second chances. Enough is enough. I will personally make sure of that.
