I don't know the sanzhani Tsarina's real name, but chances are I wouldn't know how to pronounce it anyway. And calling her a tsarina may be an overstatement, since she lives in a burrow and doesn't have many subjects... But then, for such a small and fragile creature, she's very self-confident, so I'd guess she wields quite powerful magic.
