Since the unfortunate demise of Boyar Ambrus, we noticed a sharp decline in guard morale. There were even a few incidents of desertion. Most of the culprits were apprehended and publicly executed, yet that didn’t seem to help raise morale.
It is becoming increasingly clear that we require a newborn vrakhir in command to restore order and discipline. With utmost respect and humility, I submit my name for consideration to be turned by the Knyaz himself.
