Coen’s Letter to Alin

Alin,

I’m still not sure if we've really met. Whether I really heard you speaking to me, or it was just a figment of my imagination, stirred to life by black magic.

Either way, our meeting felt far too short. There's so much I would like to say to you. But I know it wouldn’t make up for all that death stole from us.

You said that I should forgive myself. Maybe one day I’ll be able to do so.

For now, I just hope you’re at rest – and that one day, I shall see you again.

Your brother,

Coen
