To my dearest ‘Admirer’,
For this is the moniker you decided to use – I admit that I find this secrecy very alluring. As well as the beautiful poem you sent me. Oh, just to quote my favourite part:
“I watch you from my secret place
As the moon bathes you in its light
I tremble at the visage of your face
Oh, Pale Lady, my heart’s delight.”
Although we have not met yet, my heart races towards yours, Admirer! Let us finally look upon each other and see if there’s love to be found in these cold, cold nights. I’m sure stolen glances and poetry will not suffice, don’t you agree?
I will be waiting for you on the roof near the place you’ve been watching me from – I already know where it is.
Your Pale Lady from Far Far Away
